• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Badjili Claude:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• If your internet connection is lost, any running bets will be automatically saved in the system.
• In the event of any discrepancy in bet outcomes due to a technical error, Badjili Claude's decision will be final.
• If a match or game is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is confirmed before an odds change, payment will be made at the original odds.

In live betting, odds may change due to internet speed and latency. Badjili Claude reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Badjili Claude:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or manipulate the system.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Badjili Claude may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Due to extended inactivity (no activity for 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

You can contact support at any time to close your account. Please withdraw any available balance before closing. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee of ৳100 per month.

10 Responsible Gaming
